1. Introduction

Welcome to NexBuilder! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our AI-powered website building platform. By accessing or using NexBuilder, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NexBuilder. By agreeing, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service Description

NexBuilder uses AI to generate websites from your prompts. The free tier includes one build; additional builds require credits or a subscription.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Build credits: ₹129 per build (includes one edit).
Subscriptions: start at ₹249/month with recurring billing.
No refunds on used credits; cancellations apply at next billing cycle.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use NexBuilder for illegal content, infringing materials, or to generate harmful/disallowed content.

7. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated site code is licensed to you under a limited, non-exclusive license. NexBuilder retains underlying IP rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your sites remain live until credits expire.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexBuilder’s liability is limited to refunds of paid fees in the prior 6 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in Rajasthan courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; we’ll notify you via email or site banner. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
